Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive capital raising and revenue generation across APAC. The role focuses on engaging institutional investors, family offices, and venture capital firms, while building long-term strategic partnerships that expand adoption of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its products to high value clients and institutional investors.
- Develop tailored product solutions to maximise client engagement and conversions.
- Own revenue and growth targets for the APAC region.
- Work with the sales development team to enhance lead generation.
- Build and manage relationships with investors, partners and funds.
- Act as the company’s representative at conferences and industry events.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years’ experience in business development, with at least 2 years in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional finance and decentralised finance.
- Proven track record in capital raising and institutional partnerships.
- Established network within the institutional financial ecosystem.
