💲 What you can expect to earn:

• 1st Year OTE: £40k–£50k
• 2nd Year: £60k+
• 3rd Year: £100k+

🎓 Training & Development

From day one you’ll have direct access to both co-founders on a daily basis, with weekly development sessions. You’ll be learning directly from some of the best consultants in the industry all working in the same room. Our hands-on approach means you’ll build your skills quickly, and by the end of your first week you’ll be on the phones speaking to candidates and clients.

👀 The Role

You’ll start out in delivery, learning to:

• Understand client requirements
• Source top candidates through job boards, adverts, and networking
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interview processes
• Build a personal brand on LinkedIn and beyond

As you progress, you’ll move into a 360 role, managing the full recruitment life cycle from generating new business to building long-term client partnerships.
