The Role

As the first full-time designer on the team, you will have complete ownership of the design function. This means leading the product experience across interfaces, client collaborations, and company materials while setting the visual and UX direction for both institutional clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX and UI design of financial applications, making complex workflows simple and intuitive
• Collaborate directly with institutional clients through workshops and feedback sessions to refine experiences
• Elevate the company’s design presence across products, websites, presentations, and marketing assets
• Shape the visual language and usability standards for the next generation of blockchain-enabled financial tools

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

• Proven track record designing production-grade financial interfaces
• Expertise in handling complex data, including data grid systems such as AG Grid
• Strong ability to simplify multi-step workflows for institutional-grade users
• Comfortable as the sole designer, making strategic decisions and driving UX and UI across the company
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to co-create with institutional partners and translate business needs into elegant design solutions
