Our client is based in the Forex Industry and on the hunt for a Sales Manager.
They want someone ambitious and hungry to launch and grow a department.
You’ll be responsible for finding new partnerships with brokers and growing existing ones.
You’ll have a wealth of experience in the broker industry and understand everything about
speculative retail trading.
Partnerships are critical for our client now, and will be even more important in 2023. This is a
fast-paced, tough, and rewarding role with a lot of autonomy.
Responsibilities
Form new partnerships with major brokers to serve as their VPS and/or hosting provider
Prepare Contracts for new partnerships with the team and plan onboarding of new clients
Develop the CRM for partnership leads and nurturing
Drive growth internationally across brokers, affiliates and EA resellers
Cross-sell our portfolio of brands to new and existing partners
Develop the entire partner lifecycle from leads, research, calls, nurturing, negotiating, closing and scaling (and make sure it’s measurable!)
Work with the marketing & product team to get exactly what you need to find and convert more partners
Create slick presentation materials for B2B pitches
Share actionable insights and feedback from B2B partners to marketing and product so we can improve our product and message
Experiment with channels to devise the best way (and whether ad spend is needed) to acquire new B2B partners
Although a remote role, you will be expected to attend events and host face-to-face meetings with brokers
Develop innovative ways to keep existing partners engaged and find new partners
Report weekly on progress
Develop KPIs with the team for B2B
Who are you?
You’ve worked with a broker or in the trading space for several years (forex, stocks, crypto) and you fully understand how brokers and retail traders think and operate
You have worked in partnership/B2B sales for over 3 years
You are comfortable hunting for new opportunities and closing Enterprise clients
You have managed a team (or aspire to)
You understand why traders need a VPS and why the EA/algo space is booming
You understand hosting and why brokers would need a hosting provider
You’re comfortable pitching via calls to senior stakeholders & decision-makers
You’re commercially savvy and can think on the spot
You’re a lateral thinker, always looking for opportunities to upsell & cross-sell
You are used to KPIs and stretch targets – you love it!
You keep up to date with broker regulations and shifts in retail trading behaviours
Be coachable and receptive to feedback
You’re obsessed with planning and organising your workload and your pipeline
